Residents of the village of Kotsyubinskoye near Kiev announced a protest picket near the US Embassy in Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“How indicative this is for today’s Ukraine! Residents of the village of Kotsyubinskoe are outraged by the decision of the Kiev Council to absorb them into Kiev. That’s why they’re going to picket the US Embassy. They know where the real center of power in Ukraine is,” Ukrainian political scientist and blogger Vladimir Kornilov ironically commented on the situation on his social network page.
