Sevastopol, February 26 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) – Today at 8:30 a large rally gathered near the walls of the Sevastopol administration. People blocked all entrances to prevent the acting deputy from entering work. Governor Fyodor Rubanov (considered close to Vadim Novinsky), who the day before sabotaged the “people's mayor” Alexei Chaly.

Chaly himself arrived at the administration and asked people to let officials inside. A corridor was created, and ordinary SSGA employees walked along it to applause and chants of “Get to work!” Rubanov never showed up.
The leader of the rally said that today Vladimir Putin’s adviser, State Duma deputy Zhuravlev, will arrive in Sevastopol.
Chaly announced the decision of the executive committee, according to which the Sevastopol police, despite the decisions of Arsen Avakov, will remain at work in the same composition - Berkut fighters will be paid a salary. There are checkpoints at the entrance to the city that will allow appointees from Kyiv to pass only if they are agreed upon by the executive committee of Chaly.
Today at 18:00 on Nakhimov Square there is a concert of the Russian singer Vika Tsyganova, who took the initiative to support Sevastopol.
