“Today, stores in Slavyansk are fully supplied with food products at the expense of wholesale enterprises located in the city,” the press service of the Donetsk Regional State Administration quotes First Deputy Governor Andrei Nikolaenko.
He said that for the daily uninterrupted delivery of food in the city, an agreement was reached with protesters and Ukrainian security forces, within the framework of which none of the parties would interfere with the delivery of food to stores.
In Kramatorsk, supermarkets operate as usual. In case of activation of the ATO, their operating mode will be changed.
Products arrive in Konstantinovka on time and in full assortment.
“As for Druzhkovka, retail businesses there are operating as usual. But due to the rush for flour, cereals and sugar, there are not enough of these products in city stores,” said the first deputy head of the Regional State Administration.
In other cities and districts of the region, including Donetsk, there is no reason for the rush demand for food.
In addition, traffic was restored in Konstantinovka, Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk.
“Automobile and electric transport are working in these cities,” Nikolaenko said, adding that in Konstantinovka barricades blocked the movement of trams on some routes.
But in Kramatorsk, on suburban routes, traffic is carried out only on the Kramatorsk-Druzhkovka route. Bus traffic on intercity routes is not fully operational.
Also, transport on the intercity and suburban routes of Konstantinovka and Druzhkovka is not fully functioning. City transport in Slavyansk is currently still not functioning.
As Navigator reported, Slavyansk is now completely blocked by Ukrainian security forces.
