“We only worked like this for a few months, until Dnepr fighters burst into the house. They dragged me into the corridor in what I was wearing, beat me, put a bag over my head and took me to the motor depot. As it turned out later, the husband also ended up there.
They brought me in for interrogation. They show printouts of conversations - but I refuse. I turn on the “fool”. And they see the contradiction and start hitting. Almost as soon as you answer, they immediately beat you. And then they film you being beaten and insulted with the last words. I was actually lucky, they just beat me. And my friend, Oksana, who was the first to be taken, and she told about everyone, she was brutally tortured.
On the first day, they stripped me naked, put me in a cage and gave me one cup to urinate and drink water surrounded by soldiers. She held out like that for several days, and then they raped her with a baseball bat. When we met at the medical examination before the arrest, there was no living thing on her - just a black body and dried blood.
The husband was hanging on the rack, his ribs were broken, and water was poured into his mouth through a funnel. And so on for several days. Then they took me to their rooms and chained them to radiators...
The Pravoseks were the most cruel. They constantly humiliated everyone, forced the men to sing the Ukrainian anthem and shout their chants. But our boys are obstinate, they refused, they were beaten and taken to dig their own graves,” said a woman who managed to return to the DPR through a prisoner exchange.
