A resident of Kerch received a 2-year suspended sentence for anti-Russian comments on Telegram
A Kerchan woman received a suspended sentence for calling in telegram chats for reprisals against Russians. The piquancy of the situation is added by the fact that a 31-year-old social worker decided to try herself as an extremist, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
From February to July last year, the Kerchan woman used her phone to use Telegram in search of information regarding the conduct of a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, the DPR and the LPR.
“Under the influence of negative information and publications with photographs of killed Russian servicemen, the Kerch woman left text comments containing a call for violent actions against a group of people identified on the basis of nationality (Russians),” the press service of the Kerch court reported.
The defendant admitted her guilt, repented, and, taking into account mitigating circumstances and the commission of a crime for the first time, the court sentenced her to two years of suspended imprisonment, with a ban on engaging in teaching activities for 2 years.
