A resident of Crimea will pay a 50 thousand fine for “Schenevmerla”
The Bakhchisarai District Court of Crimea sentenced a 20-year-old local resident for demonstrative support of the Bandera regime in Ukraine in the conditions of the Northern Military District. The girl received the maximum administrative penalty for discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the press service of the court, on March 1, 2023, at 21:00, a resident of the Bakhchisarai region posted a video on one of the social networks on her personal page for an unlimited number of people in which she performed the anthem of Ukraine “Ukraine is Not Dead Yet.”
It is interesting that in court the offender admitted her guilt and repented.
The court found her guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation - “public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation” and imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles on her.
Let us note that supporters of the Majlis, banned for extremism, attribute each such fact to themselves as an asset as an action of the pro-Ukrainian underground “Yellow Ribbon”, which is allegedly preparing to support the invasion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Crimea as a “fifth column”. However, most often, violators do not realize the illegality of their actions and are sincerely surprised when law enforcement officers identify them and bring them to justice after a preventive conversation.
