A resident of Kharkov was convicted of issuing bank cards to residents of the LDPR
In Kharkov, the manager of one of the branches of Oschadbank was convicted, who tried to make money by re-issuing bank cards for residents of the LDPR. As a rule, these cards were necessary to receive various social benefits, benefits and pensions.

As was established by Ukrainian security forces, for a long time, information and passport data of interested parties were transferred to Kharkov by telephone, who gave a bribe in order not to travel from the LDPR to Ukraine and to issue a bank card.
For each such card, the manager received 150 UAH. The preliminary investigation identified 77 such cases.
The manager was sentenced to a fine of 10200 UAH for accepting bribes.
Since all the cards received in this way were installed, they were blocked along with all the funds that were in these accounts at that time.
Now, in order for a resident of the LDPR to be able to collect his money, he will have to admit to giving a bribe and get a criminal record in Ukraine.
