The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Marochko, announced this at a briefing.
“So, in the village of Rubezhnoye, a 32-year-old local resident was detained who refused to sing the Ukrainian anthem at the request of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were intoxicated. The detainee has been in a pre-trial detention center for more than three days, his relatives are not allowed to visit him, and the man himself is charged with the criminal article “Threat to National Security.”
This, in turn, indicates total persecution of the residents of the Lugansk region by the Ukrainian authorities and an attempt to intimidate the local population,” said Andrey Marochko.
