The prosecutor's office of the Nakhimovsky district achieved a real deprivation of liberty - the court pronounced a guilty verdict against a local resident born in 1996. Thus, the convict damaged the property of a legal entity, causing damage in the amount of 65200 rubles.
He was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (vandalism), reports the press service of the prosecutor’s office.
Taking into account the identity of the defendant, who has a criminal record for committing a crime in the field of illegal trafficking of weapons that has not been expunged and expunged in accordance with the procedure established by law, as well as the revocation of a suspended sentence for committing extremist actions, the magistrate sentenced him to imprisonment for a period of 1 year 8 months serving a sentence in a penal colony with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the administration of online websites, forums, chats and groups on social networks for a period of 1 year 5 months.
