Kyiv, December 12 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The leadership of the Lviv police asks city residents to help repair the district department that suffered at the hands of Euromaidan activists last winter. This is stated in the story of the 1+1 TV channel.

“The department burned out. Now one and a half hundred law enforcement officers are housed in several surviving offices in an unheated semi-basement. The Ministry of Internal Affairs allocated 250 thousand UAH for the renovation of the premises, but this amount is not enough and is only enough to repair the roof and floor slabs. Another 500 thousand UAH are missing,” the story says.
According to law enforcement agencies, there are companies ready to help, but the police cannot receive such an amount due to anti-corruption legislation.
