Fifteen residents of the frontline village of Bayrak near Gorlovka (DPR) - pensioners, disabled people and “children of war” - were given humanitarian aid - blood pressure monitors, glucometers and a wheelchair.
“They literally every day feel the horrors and hardships of war, the sounds of which are heard day and night. Today we handed over assistance to the residents of Bayrak, who previously turned to the Public Headquarters for assistance,” said DPR parliament member Alexander Bykadorov, representing the Donetsk Republic movement.
“My mother had a stroke about a year ago. The right side of the body is paralyzed. The stroller that we had for temporary use has fallen into disrepair, and, unfortunately, we do not have the funds to purchase a new one. Thank you, kind people, for not leaving us alone with our problem and helping us,” thanked the son of Anna Petruk, who was given a wheelchair.
