The Censor journalist approved the appearance of Bandera Avenue in Kyiv, but fears a negative reaction from the Poles
A journalist from the propaganda website “Censor No”, close to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov, Alexander Mikhelson saw an alarming signal in the decision taken at the plenary meeting of the Kyiv City Council to rename Moskovsky Avenue to Stepan Bandera Avenue.

Mikhelson wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“Regarding the renaming of Moskovsky Avenue to Stepan Bandera, I wanted to create a cheerful and like-like status, but Alexander Poddubny’s post suggested another idea. In short, the namesake writes that anti-Ukrainian propaganda is now spreading in Poland, and the NATO summit in Warsaw is just around the corner - and here it is, Stepan Bandera Avenue,” the journalist notes.
“Friends, you know how much I despise conspiracy theories - but, by God, bad thoughts creep in here. Or “it’s worse than a crime—it’s a mistake,” writes Mikhelson.
“At the same time, of course, I categorically support this renaming as such,” Mikhelson hastened to add, apparently fearing that Svidomo patriots would accuse him of “unpatriotism.”
