“Today, citizen of Armenia Armen Araratovich Martirosyan filed a claim with the District Administrative Court of Kiev against the Security Service of Ukraine to recognize as illegal the actions of the SBU committed on October 21, 2016, and aimed at returning the BELAVIA airline plane, removing the plaintiff from the flight, and carrying out other illegal procedures.” , - said Lukash.
“We'll see how they get out of it in court. I’m sure that the groan: “I’m innocent...” will be the leitmotif of the hearings,” Lukash added, noting that with its threats to raise combat aircraft, the SBU caused great harm to the country’s image.

Belarus sent a note of protest to Ukraine in connection with the forced return of the Belarusian aircraft of the Belavia airline, which flew on the Kyiv-Minsk route on October 21.
