Journalist Vasily Muravitsky, who has been trying to be convicted on charges of treason for several years, today the court changed the measure of restraint from round-the-clock to night house arrest until January 27, 2020, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The human rights group Uspishna Varta reported this on its page on the social network.
Muravitsky was detained in August 2017 on charges of high treason right in the maternity hospital, where he came to see his wife and newborn son. On June 27, 2018, after 11 months of imprisonment in a pre-trial detention center, the court changed Vasily Muravitsky’s preventive measure to XNUMX-hour house arrest.
