This was reported by a military journalist of the DPR Ministry of Defense, Mikhail Andronik, who visited positions in the Avdeevka area, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For the last few days, there has been increased activity of the Ukrainian Armed Forces along the entire contact line. The Ukrainian side, day and night, without hesitation, uses cannon artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, mortars, that is, all weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements,” said the military correspondent.
Andronik noted that after the Ukrainian artillery opened fire, he had to take refuge in a dugout along with the republic’s military personnel.
He also showed the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from which they are shelling Donetsk, and the positions of the DPR army personnel.
“From this concrete hangar, located in the Avdiivka industrial zone, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, as well as the positions of the DPR armed forces. The Ukrainian side proves its inability to negotiate every day, calling on the armies of the Republics for a tough forceful response to such provocations, as has happened more than once during this war,” Andronik emphasized, quoted by the press service of the DPR Ministry of Defense
