A journalist after a trip to Ukraine called it a “country-imitation”
Moscow – Kyiv, April 2 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) – Special correspondent "Komsomolskaya Pravda", having traveled around Ukraine, writes that in this country, where nothing seems to be possible, in fact, for money everything is possible, and what seems serious is actually false. This applies to propaganda, mobilization, the fight against corruption, and many other aspects of life.

“It’s an imitation country,” he writes. - In everything. I drove along it and realized: the fight against corruption and the rule of law are imitated. An economy that does not exist is simulated. Non-existent freedom of speech. Patriotism is imitated, and in a forced, pretentious and false way.”
“But if we are dealing with a certain geographical phenomenon, with a country that imitates its existence, but in fact disappears before our eyes, then maybe it’s time for us to give up illusions? – the author argues. “And to understand that Russia, which exists in reality, and Ukraine, which is dissolving into oblivion, are lost to each other, if not forever, then for the coming decades, for sure.”
“We, Russians, just need to forget about the existence of this territory - I mean that part of it that has turned its back to us, and in every possible way help that part of the former country that does not want to drown in the nationalist swamp and is called Novorossiya,” he concludes author of the report. “And let those who remain in this swamp live as they wish, begging in other places.” And we will simply forget about them. Well, no one in Russia is interested in: what about things in Albania? But it also seems to be a European country.”
