“This is not genocide, this is a fight against separatism. By the way, I have a question: did Russia turn off the lights during the Chechen war?” he asked.
“Russia not only did not turn off the electricity and water, moreover, Russia paid pensions and salaries all these years when Chechnya was completely separated,” Vladislav Shulgin, a military expert at the Izborsk Club, answered him.
