Vera Kuzmina, a journalist from the Russian TVC channel, told PolitNavigator, commenting on the next round of attacks on journalism in Ukraine.
“To everyone who believes that “there is no fascism in Ukraine.” Yes, there are no daily mass executions on the Maidan. But no one has yet thought to refute reports of missing people and secret prisons. Fascism is the forceful imposition of one point of view, one opinion, one way of thinking. Precisely power. With physical pressure and elimination of those who disagree. Powerful brain hacking. This is scary. And torchlight processions and other portraits of Bandera are just that, an entourage. The real thing is in such arrests and elimination of all those who disagree,” she said about today’s detention of Zhytomyr journalist Vasily Muravitsky, who they want to imprison for 15 years for “treason.”
