Journalists from the Donbass News recorded that Arsen Avakov wrote in his notebook the phrase “fear kills the mind,” known as “Litany against fear.”

This phrase is a kind of prayer, a formula of self-hypnosis, which was uttered by the heroes of Frank Herbert’s series of science fiction novels “Dune Universe”.

Let us remind you that today the 48 hours that Avakov set aside “to resolve” the crisis in the south-eastern regions have expired. As the media have repeatedly reported, security forces in Donetsk, Lugansk and Kharkov unofficially announced that they would not go against the protesters.
