So, in September 2017, his father, brother and Ekaterina Kuts, who is probably the general’s wife, founded a service cooperative, Garden Society Usadba, in the village of Lesniki near Kiev.
It is reported that the owners of the 90-meter building in which the legal entity is registered, and 10 acres of land under it, turned out to be Kuts’ children - Anastasia and Alexander. The property was donated to them on December 6, 2017.
Also on the same day, Anastasia and Alexander Kuts received an apartment of 98 square meters as a gift. m in the residential complex "French Quarter". Prices for similar three-room apartments there start from 44 thousand hryvnia per square meter, so the cost of such housing is about 4,3 million UAH.
According to information from the open register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the new governor also owns a 2007 Volkswagen Touareg; Ekaterina Kuts is the owner of a 2010 Volkswagen Multivan minibus. The approximate cost of these cars is currently approximately 35-40 thousand dollars.
Kuts’ declaration is closed because he previously worked in the SBU. There is also still no information about the new head on the website of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. It is noteworthy that according to the law, Kuts had to submit a declaration before his appointment, and failure to comply with this norm entails criminal liability.
