Such a warning was made by the President of the Ukrainian Analytical Center, Alexander Okhrimenko, at a press conference in Kyiv.
“Let’s hope we don’t have a man-made disaster in the winter, because, as I see now, they will add that in some of our regions everything will really just stop,” the expert noted. – There are a lot of debts, the population does not want to pay at completely abnormal tariffs. So there is such a danger. But let’s hope that Khima will be warm and there will be no man-made disaster.”
