Evil irony: the city of Teplodar in the Odessa region was completely left without heat

It is reported that in order to warm the 10 thousand residents of the city, employees of the State Emergency Service deployed heating points; they are located near the convent and on the playground behind the city market.
Warming points operate around the clock. During the first day of operation, more than 40 people warmed up in them.
“The reason for the lack of heat is that the Naftogaz of Ukraine company refused to supply blue fuel to the heating utility company Odessa CHPP-2 until they recognized the debts of the commercial LLC Teplodarenergo, which has been heating the city for the past two years. In turn, the city mayor says that acknowledging debts will lead the city into a debt hole. At an extended meeting of the Odessa Regional State Administration to prepare the region for the heating season, it was decided that the problem should be solved at the state level,” the message says.
