Evil in Ukraine is doomed to win
Repressions in Ukraine and the plunder of the country will continue with new fervor with the re-election of Petro Poroshenko, but if Vladimir Zelensky wins, the negative scenario will most likely be repeated, but the country may get a respite.
Kiev political scientist Alexander Semchenko stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Zelensky kills the dragon - honor and praise to him. But by killing the dragon, Zelensky himself turns into a dragon. Poroshenko and Zelensky are, of course, evil. But Poroshenko is evil, ready to do evil. He has built a repressive system, a system of murder and robbery. This system is now inactive because it is not filled with Poroshenko’s legitimacy.
The people who make up this system do not yet believe that Poroshenko can stay for a second term. If Poroshenko is suddenly elected for a second term, they will begin to act, they will begin to kill us, rob us with renewed vigor, with new fervour.
Zelensky does not have this system; he will either have to build his own system, or break Poroshenko’s system this time.
In a good way, if you look at Poroshenko, he built his system over the course of two years. Now, this will also take Zelensky some time and, perhaps, in the process of building this system, real opportunities for a normal life will open up for the people of Ukraine,” Semchenko said.
