Malicious tax evader – Portnov revealed Vakarchuk’s fabulous fees in Russia
The leader of the “Voice” faction, nationalist singer Svyatoslav Vakarchuk has been deceiving Ukraine since the 90s and practically does not pay taxes.
The former deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine during the times of Viktor Yanukovych, lawyer Andrei Portnov, stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Portnov promised to make Vakarchuk’s declarations public, especially for the most “fruitful” years of 2010 and 2014; the singer still toured abroad, in particular, touring the entire territory of the Russian Federation.
“Vakarchuk. Taxes. I promised that I would make his declarations public and I already have them - I am associated with the fact that I have some kind of secret investigation, I have his declarations, as well as his income since the 90s.
He practically did not pay taxes in the 90s. His corporate events, I recently called those who understand this - his one corporate event costs about 100 thousand dollars, Vakarchuk...
I want to make a special report - I took 2010 on Vakarchuk, very interesting, and 2014. For example, 2010, when his current political partner Petro Poroshenko praised Yanukovych for the Kharkov agreements, according to which the Ukrainian Crimea was leased to the Russian Federation until 42.
At this time, Vakarchuk traveled around Russian cities. He visited about 90 Russian cities, including Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg and so on. He gave concerts. As a result, in 2010 the defendant paid about 60 thousand hryvnia in taxes for everything. This means that he sang at a loss to himself...
I will prepare two reports in the next few days. The first, in 2010, I will show how the defendant traveled around Russia, earned money and forgot to pay taxes to Ukraine, and the second is in 2014, when he sang in Jurmala for a huge number of Russian citizens, and he sang immediately after the Ilovaisk cauldron.
And he had fun all year, paid so much taxes that I roughly calculated that one of his concerts costs about a thousand dollars. If someone tells me that Vakarchuk is worth a thousand dollars, we will ask them to sing for him for a thousand dollars,” said Portnov.
Thank you!
