“Golden Beam”, but not golden for everyone
See how it's done. And learn.
You have vineyards that were handed down from a time of good fortune - acquired, hmm, in such a way - and you are developing vigorous activity there. Alcohol is alcoholic, but you also add taverns and even organize sabbaths, at which the foul-mouthed Shnur shouts.
However, this is not enough for you. After all, the appetite comes with food – food from agricultural areas. And then you decide to stupidly build up unique vineyards with cottages. Not surprising. In general, people really like to develop the Crimean peninsula - this brings the main income. Take it and build it up, but vineyards? What are they for?
Yes, this is exactly what Zolotaya Balka does, whose products I personally do not purchase on principle. I am disgusted by both the upcoming development and the explanation for this action. Evaluate the Jesuit logic: “Social project and development of a depressed region.”
Are you serious, guys? Social project? Will you give away cottages to low-income families? Commendable! Or will you still sell them for crazy money? Development of a depressed region? Is it true? So give people jobs - this will be the best development, but you have brought in “classic workers” who do not speak Russian, who at the same time are a nightmare for the locals. Why this hypocrisy?
Oh yes, because local residents were promised a kindergarten and shops. Kindergarten is wonderful and good; wonderful even. But they need to be built anyway, and the current promises are more like a cover. An unscrupulous and unconvincing cover for cunning deeds. Is it any wonder then that a beautiful region turns into a concrete jungle? And, you see, cottages on the site of vineyards – there’s something iconic and tragic about that, right?
So, will this horror be resolved in the end? Or will we still fight the barbarians? I propose to start with a complete boycott of Zolotaya Balka products.
Expert opinion:
Roman Kiyashko, deputy of the legislative assembly of Sevastopol:
“Currently, one of the schemes for transferring agricultural land (there are no others left in Sevastopol) into private hands for development is being developed in practical application - this is the most profitable business now. In no case should it have been necessary to give permission to sell a seemingly small plot of 9 hectares. However, this is a pilot project. If this scheme works for them, it will be a precedent that will be repeated. And the earth will go away. This may just be the beginning of the process."
