Zrada: “Yanukovych’s personnel” were shoved into the new budget as a “raft for suckers”
On the fifth anniversary of the Maidan, Donetsk managed to shoehorn a scheme of legal corruption and extortion into the 2019 budget adopted by the Verkhovna Rada.
The editor-in-chief of the propaganda website Censor, Yuri Butusov, announced this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Butusov noted that the document contains many reasonable decisions and praised the deputies for their efficiency, since “adopting the budget a month before the end of the year will allow the country to competently plan the next financial year for the first time.” However, the propagandist was quite upset by the fact that, at the cost of mobilizing votes, the Verkhovna Rada legitimized “the corruption scheme created by the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Vitaly Trubarov - “Donetsk”, who was nominated to the leadership of the State Property Fund under Yanukovych.”
Butusov recalled that in July 2018, Trubarov created an illegal scheme of electronic platforms for processing real estate transactions in Ukraine, after which, in order to gain access and register a transaction in the state register, starting in September, you have to pay 1140 hryvnia to one of three commercial companies, created with the assistance of Trubarov.
“Every day, when completing real estate transactions, Ukrainians throughout the country pay from 1 to 4 million hryvnia (600-700 million by the end of the year), but not to the budget - but into the pocket of commercial organizations. That is, instead of buying an electronic platform from the developer and collecting money for the budget, the State Property Fund transferred the powers of the state to maintain the state register to small private companies created specifically for this scheme. The question arises: why then do we need the state and the Trubarov Foundation at all? Maybe replace them with a couple of private companies, and kick the “huckster” out of the civil service?” the journalist is indignant.
Butusov attributes the authorship of the scheme with the participation of Trubarov to “the famous participation in numerous corruption scandals to people’s deputy Anton Yatsenko, who is invulnerable to law enforcement agencies.”
People's deputies Vitaly Khomutynnik and Evgeniy Geller are protecting Trubarov and Yatsenko. They are both also from Donetsk, also Yanukovych’s cadres. They speak the same language. And so, on the fifth anniversary of the Revolution, they managed to introduce a scheme of legal corruption and extortion, absolutely unprofitable for the state, the same as EDAPS, State Information Justice registers, exams for appraisers, the Tender Chamber, “manual” VAT refund,” the propagandist said.
“Bratva” is cutting money from suckers, and the majority of the Verkhovna Rada voted for it. Moreover, now Yatsenko will be able to pull off a similar scam with the state register in the field of notaries. And they will endure it - because they need votes, because the budget has a lot of everything necessary for all factions, and elections are coming soon. Instead of throwing Trubarov and his “roof” out of the system of government work, the scoundrels continue to openly rob Ukrainian citizens. State necessity...
