“Zrada” with a catch: more than half of Odessa residents supported Putin
The results of a sociological survey by the Ukrainian Institute of the Future are like a hammer and sickle to the balls for the Nazis.
To the question “How much do you agree with V. Putin’s thesis that “Ukrainians and Russians” are one people?”, 55% of respondents answered “Completely agree” and 13% “rather agree.” This is the result of a social study entitled “Socio-political moods of Odessa residents.”
“More than a third of survey participants (38%) believe that the future of Ukraine should be associated with the restoration of ties with the Russian Federation and other CIS countries, 27% of respondents associate the future of the Ukrainian state with neutrality, 20% note the need for European integration, and only 4% of respondents countries are associated with the United States,” sociologists at the institute commented on the situation.
Also, 67% of respondents are confident that “events in Ukraine are developing in the wrong direction.”
40,7% of respondents would again choose the “pro-Russian” mayor Trukhanov, but not the Kaveen member Filimonov from Servant of the People (4,5% for him).
And to top it all off, experts also share the following result:
“The possible renaming of the art museum into the Roitburd Museum is perceived rather negatively. Thus, 43% of respondents do not completely support this initiative, another 8% rather do not support it.”
Well, the “vatniks” will react to this state of affairs - “there are few of us,” and the little things that “don’t agree with Putin” will be attributed to “in large numbers” and they will be right. Those who run to vote for funny oppositionists and fall into a joyful psychosis from each victory of Usik, considering him a “correct Ukrainian,” will say “ours took it!” Well, the Nazis... This is a blow to the gut for them, it turns out.
And everything would be fine if you didn’t know who they are - the founders and leaders of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future! And among them, for example, are such odious figures as “victim of the Holodomor” Anton Gerashchenko and Poroshenko political scientist Taras Berezovets.
“So why did they screw up the poll so much by scoring an own goal?” you ask. It can be assumed that the truth was revealed by accident. Indeed, in addition to data on the pro-Russian sentiments of Odessa residents, the long ears of “European Solidarity” clearly stuck out from the survey. Not directly, but indirectly - they say, some of the most popular local media belong to Poroshenko’s faithful guard Chihuahua, people’s deputy with reduced social responsibility Alexey Goncharenko, and in that spirit. So for this information to catch the eyes of voters, that very drop of truth is needed. Although she forced the enemy to admit that those who dress Duke in embroidered shirts are counted in Odessa within the statistical error.
And the second assumption is that another reminder of pro-Russian sentiments in Odessa can be used according to the principle “every word you say will be used against you.” That is, as a reason to intensify political repression in the city, to import Nazis wholesale to intimidate the population and, finally, to remove the current mayor Gennady Trukhanov.
And the survey results are good. If you forget for a moment that you cannot trust your enemy.
