Chairman of the State Veterinary Committee of the Republic of Crimea Valery Ivanov told reporters about this on Saturday.

According to him, these are preliminary results of the audit.

“As of yesterday, those animals that were tested received a negative result for tuberculosis. We can confirm this according to this research methodology,” the official is quoted as saying. "Kryminform".

The final results of the prosecutor's inspection at the Skazka Zoo and the conclusion of the Crimean State Veterinary Committee will be known on May 29.

In turn, Oleg Zubkov, director of the Skazka Zoo, believes that Ezet Bekirov, an employee of the Yalta veterinary hospital in Yalta, committed many violations during the animal health check.

“The rest of the organizational conclusions will be made by the veterinary department - how it happened, why it happened. I think that the investigative authorities should put their end to this. Every mistake has a surname, and it seems to me that this is the surname of Ezet Seytumerovich Bekirov from the city veterinary hospital of Yalta, who, while carrying out the assignment of the prosecutor’s office, acted incorrectly, not according to instructions,” the zoo director told reporters.

According to him, the republican veterinarians were once again convinced of the health of the inhabitants of the Yalta Zoo:

“The zoo has always had safe territory and animals, and veterinary specialists were once again convinced of this. Although there was no need for such actions that were carried out by the employees of the Yalta veterinary hospital - using a barbaric method to euthanize animals with the involvement of random people, unknown drugs, overdoses,” emphasized Oleg Zubkov.
