More brutally beaten: Police officers tied up a wife in the center of Kyiv
In Ukraine, a video of an incident in the center of Kyiv, where traffic police officers tied up a young girl, pulled her out of a car and tied her up, is being actively discussed.
The victim, Oksana Vasilyeva, claims that the police, by refusing to identify themselves, broke her arm, scratched her car, tore her coat and caused moral trauma to the children in the car.

The security forces have a different version. The police released a video recording, according to which, for almost five minutes, they demanded that the girl show them her license, citing a conversation on the phone while driving and crossing a double solid line.
Vasilyeva responded by stating that there were many cars crossing the markings in this area, but the police chose her car. At first, the girl simply ignored the patrol officers’ requests, and they read out warnings to her that this could be regarded as disobedience to the police.
Vasilyeva then got into the car and began talking to someone on the phone, claiming that she was calling a lawyer. She continued to ignore the police's demands to show her license.
After that, the patrolmen pulled the girl out of the car and, twisting her, began to handcuff her.
