Today, information appeared on the websites of Cherkassy media that Vladislav Golub, who was elected people's deputy for the Kaniv district, while absent from the session, voted for one of the questions of the session.
According to local media “Dzvin”, instead of Golub, Igor Gryniv voted at the session, whose seat is located near the Cherkassy people’s deputy.
“I have been in the hospital for three weeks. Considering the fact that there was a very important vote, I asked for time off for this hour at the Verkhovna Rada. Considering that I did not have time, I dropped into the hall after the registration took place, namely, at the moment when voting for the resolution was already underway! Therefore, I inserted the card into the nearest slot, which was free near the door. According to the robots of the Rada system, a deputy’s card can be inserted into any slot, not necessarily in the deputy’s place,” Golub wrote to a TV channel journalist "VIKKA", which also posted such material.
“I am a categorical opponent of button coding, I have never done it, and I don’t intend to do it. That is why I did not vote for any bill during the session week from January 12 to 16, because my card is always with me! I will file a lawsuit against the “Dzvin” website and any other sites, including “VIKKA”, which reprint this information that I allegedly did not vote, demanding moral compensation, and a refutation of the information, and also if it is the media , for example, “WICCA”, about deprivation of the license!” – said Golub, who is also known as the son-in-law of Batkivshchyna deputy Sergei Sobolev.
