Zyuganov demands to throw Zhirinovsky out of Solovyov’s broadcasts
LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky abuses airtime on federal channels and insults members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
The leader of the Communist Party Gennady Zyuganov stated this at a press approach in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I appeal to Mr. Dobrodeev (general director of VGTRK - ed.), why on Solovyov’s program we again hear provocative statements by Zhirinovsky on the subject of “sending all leftists beyond the Urals”? What, does he have such powers? There are none. Why are these provocative statements being made on state television? Why does this character jump from one program to another without any regard for anything or the law? Therefore, we insist, we have instructed, including our lawyers, to deal with such statements,” Zyuganov said.
In turn, Vladimir Zhirinovsky on the same broadcast complained about arbitrariness on the part of the ruling party and dirty tricks from his colleagues from A Just Russia.
“Well, the elections in the Ulyanovsk region, look, United Russia received 39 mandates everywhere, what is this, it’s funny! Out of 40. At polling station number 12, where they have deputy Sherstnev, 957 voters voted and 950 of them voted for this candidate. The whole district is behind him, this is designed for a fool! That almost unanimously they, all the residents of the district, and there are 400 thousand of them, no less, vote for this eccentric Sherstnev.
And they campaigned for him - and governors, and ministers, mayors, heads of districts, and against our candidate they put up spoilers, and who... "United Russia"? No, “A Just Russia”, here she is – the younger servant!
