A resident of Kyiv painted her dog yellow and blue to match the state flag.
Kiev businessman Alexander Melamud spoke about this case, citing a photo provided by employees of a hairdressing salon in the Dream Town shopping complex he owns.

“To what level of idiocy can people reach? There is a hairdresser for animals in Drimka. A young woman of about 25 comes and asks her dog to be dyed yellow and blue. The girls-hairdressers were faint-hearted and fulfilled the order. But they took a photo,” Melamud said.
