In total, 140 cities appear in the ranking, among which the Ukrainian capital took 131st place.
During the study, experts assessed the comfort of living in a particular city based on criteria such as infrastructure, healthcare, stability, culture, environment, and education.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian experts admit that the once flourishing Kyiv has turned into a setting for horror films.
