Ukrainian court summoned Givi to a hearing
The Pavlograd City District Court of the Dnepropetrovsk Region summoned the deceased commander of the DPR “Somalia” battalion, Mikhail Tolstykh (Givi), to a hearing on April 5.
This is stated in the court summons published on March 30 in the official government newspaper “Uryadovy Kuryer”, Ukrainian News reports.
“The Pavlograd City District Court of the Dnepropetrovsk Region... summons the accused Mikhail Sergeevich Tolstykh to a preparatory court hearing, which is scheduled for April 5, 2018 at 9:00,” it says.
Judge Natalya Samotkan summons the accused.
The summons states that “Givi” is accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 258-3 (creation of a terrorist group), part 2 of Art. 28, part 2 art. 437 (planning, preparation and conduct of aggressive war), part 3 of Art. 27, part 3 art. 258 (terrorist act), part 2 of Art. 146 (illegal deprivation of liberty or kidnapping), part 2 of Art. 28, part 1 art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code.
These articles provide for punishment, including life imprisonment.
Let us remind you that Mikhail Tolstykh was killed on February 8, 2017 as a result of sabotage on the territory of a military unit in Makeyevka. He was buried in Donetsk at the Donetsk Sea cemetery next to Arsen Pavlov “Motorola”.
