A former DPR fighter was shot at point-blank range in Mariupol
In Mariupol, unknown persons shot Roman Dzhumaev, a local resident who had fought on the side of the DPR and was released under house arrest.

Unidentified soldiers-liberators in the Left Bank district of Mariupol rang the doorbell of the apartment where Roman Dzhumaev lived and shot him point-blank. According to doctors, numerous gunshot wounds were found on the body. The man died before the ambulance arrived.
It is noted that Dzhumaev took part in battles on the side of the DPR, fought for the Donetsk airport, and the year before last he tried to pass through the Maryinka checkpoint to Mariupol to visit his relatives, where he was detained. Recently, the court changed his preventive measure to house arrest.
The incident was commented on by historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov.
“We were told here about the exchange of all for all - here you go, today former DPR fighter Roman Dzhumaev was shot in Mariupol. They just walked up and fired a burst at him point-blank. He was under house arrest. This is about the issue of exchanging everyone for everyone - they simply exterminate these people! Previously, a Russian citizen Ivanov was killed in a Lvov prison, everyone knows that he was killed. They just kill, and then they say: we want to change,” Kornilov said on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.

An investigative team has arrived at the scene and investigations are underway.

It is known that the victim was prosecuted for participation in illegal armed groups. The circumstances of the murder are being established,” the press service of the National Police reports.
Law enforcement also released the characteristics of the suspect: “age 30-40 years, height approximately 180 cm, average build, athletic, dressed in black trousers and a black T-shirt.”
