The Ukrainian military will begin to be assessed according to Euro-Atlantic standards
The government of Alexei Goncharuk plans to maximize the professionalism of its personnel by introducing a new military personnel policy, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in the program of activities of the Government of Ukraine, published on the Government portal.
“We will professionalize our personnel as much as possible and introduce a new military personnel policy and military career management system. Euro-Atlantic principles and approaches to assessing the performance of professional military personnel and rewarding them will also be introduced,” the program says.
Particular attention is planned to be paid to professional training, reform of the sergeant-senior corps and the transition of military education to programs compatible with educational institutions of partner countries.
