At 7:30 in the morning, the Ukrainian military from positions in the city of Avdeevka fired at the front-line village of Spartak, using 120-mm mortars against civilians.

“As a result of the shelling, a man, born in 1979, living at Yasinovatsky district, Donetsk-Severny station, st. Privokzalnaya, 18, apt. 18. The victim was taken to the Republican Trauma Center, where he is undergoing surgery,” the department said in a statement.
Note that the village of Spartak is located in the so-called “gray zone” between the demarcation line and Donetsk airport.
