The investment attractiveness of Ukraine is equal to Yemen and Somalia

“Today is not the best time for privatization,” the economist believes. – This is the same as offering investors now to enter Somalia or Yemen. I don’t quite understand how the advisers could have advised privatization. There must be stability. Then, please, we can carry out privatization. Even the investors with whom negotiations are ongoing say that we are interested, but we can talk after stabilization.
