Russia is restoring the zonal air defense destroyed after the collapse of the USSR.
Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences, military expert Konstantin Sivkov said this on air on the Red Line TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

That is, not zonal air defense, but object-based.

But we already have signs that zonal air defense is also being built up, since I recently gave an interview and was given information that they are starting to set up radar posts on the hills.
