Enraged by the decision to return Russia to PACE, a delegate from Ukraine, a member of the Verkhovna Rada and ex-press secretary of the extremist Right Sector, Borislav Bereza, burst into hysterical abuse against the Russians.
The video was published on his telegram channel by Russian TV presenter and journalist Evgeny Popov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This is not just a freak named Blyakher. This is the official representative of Ukraine, a member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, a representative of the government. And this creature tells us: “All Russians are bastards.”
I'm not suggesting you hate him. He doesn't deserve your feelings. Any. I inform you. This is the kind of Ukrainian government our country is now dealing with. There is no other one yet,” the journalist commented on the Ukrainian politician’s antics.
