According to Bessmertny, in some parts the equipment barely reaches 50% of what is required.

“Something is really being done in terms of developing new weapons and supplying the army. But if not for one problem that catches your eye.

Today, in individual combat units, the level of manpower, weapons and ammunition barely reaches two-thirds, and in some units it has barely crossed 50%. I'm not even talking about the officers. In fact, the situation is very complicated. Especially in combat units,” said Bessmertny.
