Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Thus, the day before, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki handed over symbolic keys to the new Belarusian center in Warsaw to the “leader of the Belarusian opposition”, former presidential candidate of Belarus Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. At the same time, Morawiecki emphasized that Poland wants “Belarusians to have a home for so they can continue to fight for change.”
It is noted that the Belarusian center opened on the territory of a 1930s villa in a prestigious area of Warsaw.

Later, the political scientist noted another symbolic detail associated with the event.
“How symbolic! I decided to see where that “Belarusian house” is located, the keys to which were presented yesterday by the Prime Minister of Poland to the “Nazi leader of Belarus”. It turned out that it was not far from the “Bydlo i Jam” steakhouse,” Kornilov said in his Telegram channel.
At the same time, according to him, when handing over the keys, the Prime Minister of Poland called Tikhanovskaya “Madam President.”
