Tsarev: The military is not allowed to hit Ukrainian decision-making centers
The decision to target Ukrainian decision-making centers and key infrastructure is not made for political reasons.
Ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, first speaker of the parliament of Novorossiya Oleg Tsarev stated this on the Internet channel “Roy TV”, reports the correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
According to Tsarev, the Ministry of Defense has all the necessary coordinates of the targets, but there is no command to destroy them.
“I know for sure that we constantly talk about decision-making centers, and about bridges, and moreover, about four data centers that are located in Kiev, three of which are responsible for the Internet, and the fourth is the former Yanukovych helipad, in this building next to the Verkhovna Rada, in general digital television is controlled from there. The Ministry of Defense has all this, believe me, all these coordinates,” the politician said.
“And I know many officers, my good friends, who constantly write reports, they have all the coordinates for striking. Decisions are not made without explanation. How can I explain this situation to myself? This is not a political decision. We often scold the Ministry of Defense, and we scold correctly, there is something to scold for, but often they simply cannot go beyond the limits that are set for them,” Tsarev said.
