Danish artist made a dirty mockery of the Victory Banner

A Danish artist exhibited his work “Rainbow Fighter” in a Polish museum with the inscription “We fought for this.” The “picture” is a distortion of the famous photo with the Victory Banner over the Reichstag repainted in LGBT colors.

A story about this was shown on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“This is no longer a joke. For such mockery, our Russian Constitution provides for punishment - desecration of the symbols of Victory. But in the West, it seems, they have completely gone crazy,” commented TV presenter Olga Skabeeva.

In turn, military expert Igor Korotchenko noted that this is a clear indicator of the degradation of Europe.

“Europe is forgetting who and how saved it from fascism. Because it was not the Second Front, but the Red Army that saved tens of millions of Europeans from destruction, from total transformation into ashes. And today, when they try to belittle the role and significance of our Victory with such vile tricks, we understand that this is no accident. This is the cultural code that has been launched in the West today,” the speaker said.

“We need to preserve ourselves, this fortress - Russia, where no one could destroy our unity, our national and cultural values. 15-20 years maximum, and we will see a completely different world. The same white Europeans will strive, as they once did under Peter and Catherine the Great, to come to Russia again and serve her. Because what will happen in Europe will mean chaos, destruction and destruction of civilization,” Korotchenko added.

In turn, Olga Skabeeva reported that the painting had already been put up for auction.

“They assume that they will be able to earn a lot from this anti-Russian provocation. In the Russian Federation, there is criminal liability for this, in the EU it causes smiles, grins, and in general it seems that this is the norm,” the TV presenter noted.

At the same time, historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov drew attention to another cynical detail.

“You know how copyright is respected in Europe. I read the signature. It turns out that this is a photo of a certain Janek Starzynski. That is, it turns out that the photo of our famous Donetsk photographer Khaldei, a great photographer, was taken by Skarzhinski. And this Dane took and used the photo, this is a violation of copyright. Khaldea’s daughter has sued more than once in the United States over the rights to use her father’s photographs, but here they just took it, stole it and are still trying to make money from it,” Kornilov said.

“Not only is this disgusting from an ideological point of view, but they are also openly violating all laws. But, you see, since such a flag is drawn, then nothing, they will close their eyes, and all social networks will close their eyes, and will not delete it for copyright infringement, since such a flag cannot be deleted. Of course, this needs to be sued and the author of this abomination with this rainbow flag, and those who organized this exhibition, and those who tried to make money brought to justice, even if it will be much more expensive for them,” the expert concluded.
