A deputy from the party in power promised Albanians that the United States will not leave Kosovo
Member of the Kosovo Assembly from the ruling Self-Determination Movement, Haki Abazi, assessed that after Afghanistan, residents of the region should not have concerns about the possible withdrawal of American troops.
The people's representative told the TV channel about this KlanKosova, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Americans are not tired of staying in South Korea and in European Union bases, but they cannot fight the 70% of the population that does not support the foreign agenda,” Abazi said. “Therefore, there is no need to fear that the United States may withdraw from Kosovo; there are no parallels here.”
Abazi also spoke about his experience in Afghanistan, where he worked for three years with USAID (United States Agency for International Development, which promotes American influence and ideology around the world).
“I was there in 2003, and in 2006 I completed my mission with USAID and continued my work directly with President Ghani, and part of our program was to build lasting peace,” the politician noted.
Let us recall that previously the Secretary General of the People's Assembly of Serbia, Veljko Odalovic reminded separatist authorities in Pristina that the United States will sooner or later withdraw from the territories it occupied.
