This was reported by the press service of the Mukachevo border detachment.

“During a patrol, the border patrol saw a paratrooper who landed near the border. The man, who turned out to be a Hungarian citizen, was detained. The foreigner explained that he had no intention of crossing the border illegally. He is involved in parachuting and could not cope with a strong gust of wind,” the border guards’ press service said.

The paratrooper was handed over to representatives of the Hungarian border police.
