Ex-Deputy Prosecutor General demands to account for the development of bacteriological weapons by the Americans in Ukraine
A number of Ukrainian parliamentarians sent an appeal to President Vladimir Zelensky, the Prime Minister, the heads of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health demanding a report on the legality of the operation of 15 US bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine.
The corresponding document was published on his Facebook page by Verkhovna Rada deputy, former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Renat Kuzmin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There are more than 400 American military biological laboratories in the world, incl. at least 15 – in Ukraine. They employ exclusively Americans, and they are financed entirely from the budget of the US Department of Defense. The local authorities pledged not to interfere with the activities of these laboratories related to the study and creation of viruses and bacteria. laboratories are located in Odessa, Vinnitsa, Uzhgorod, Lvov (three), Kharkov, Kyiv (three), Kherson, Ternopol, as well as near Crimea and Lugansk.
In fact, work in laboratories is carried out according to the program of biological experiments. The global budget of the Biological Participatory Program is $2,1 billion. USA and funded by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The Scientific and Technical Center in Ukraine (STCU), an international organization funded by the US government and whose employees have diplomatic immunity, also joins this activity. This organization is engaged in financing projects to create weapons of mass destruction,” the appeal says.
The document emphasizes that over the past decades, a number of strange outbreaks of deadly diseases have occurred in the regions where American laboratories are located. Parliamentarians demand that the Ukrainian leadership report on all agreements with the United States on this matter.
Renat Kuzmin also does not rule out that both the illegal coup in 2014 and the medical reforms of Ulyana Suprun were organized to ensure the operation of these laboratories.
“It is possible that Yanukovych’s official refusal to cooperate with the Pentagon in matters of bacteriological research on the territory of Ukraine in 2013 was the main reason for his removal from power under the cover of the Maidan, and not at all his refusal of European integration, as is commonly believed.
It is also quite likely that the US citizen Suprun, appointed as the Minister of Health of Ukraine, liquidated the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine precisely to eliminate possible obstacles that could be created by the bodies charged with monitoring compliance with anti-epidemiological rules by these same bacteriological laboratories,” the deputy wrote on the social network.
