The September 7 exchange of detainees between Ukraine and Russia is a big and lasting victory for the Kremlin, which has starved the Ukrainians to death by sowing the “poison of war fatigue” in the country.
Lvov TV presenter Ostap Drozdov stated this on air on the NTA TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

We are tired of the fact that this war is a poison for us, this is the effect of fatigue - the worst thing an enemy can do to your country. He starved us to death,” the TV presenter admitted bitterly.
“When we opened our champagne and rejoiced at returning, what do you think Putin was doing? I often ask myself this question - what was Putin doing that day? Do you think he had a bad day, or a tragic day, or a day of defeat? And it seems to me that he drank even more. Because everything that happened on Saturday with the return of 35 to 13 thousand (dead ATO soldiers - ed.) is a big and long-term victory for Russia.
