This is for “Moscow”: the Black Sea Fleet hit a large warehouse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced a new successful missile attack on a large warehouse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In recent days, this has already been another success for the Russian military - before that, apocalyptic footage of an ammunition explosion in Khmelnytsky spread around the Internet, it was reported about the defeat of targets in Ternopil, US Patriot air defense installations in Kiev, and now the Calibers have arrived in Nikolaev.
“Tonight, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a group strike with high-precision long-range sea-based weapons on a large ammunition depot equipped on the territory of a ship repair enterprise in the city of Nikolaev. The objectives of the strike have been achieved. The designated object was hit,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a report.
“This object was opened in a very timely manner, it was really very sweet. In general, it is worth noting the effectiveness of the work of reconnaissance and missilemen; in just over a month, extremely important targets were destroyed, which contained not only equipment and ammunition, but also a large number of personnel,” comments military correspondent German Kulikovsky.
By the way, the Ukrainian authorities, who claim that they successfully shoot down Russian missiles, have traditionally tried to simulate the absence of damage. Thus, the governor of the Nikolaev region, Kim, distributed photos of damage from a supermarket, apparently resulting from a blast wave. The Ukrainian official tried to pass this off as proof of the futility of Russian missile attacks.
However, eyewitnesses were able to transmit to the media footage of a large-scale fire that began in Nikolaev after the arrival of the Caliber. Ukrainian lying officials were once again put to shame.
It is also interesting that, judging by a certain geolocation, the warehouse was located on the territory of the Zorya-mashproekt enterprise. It was here that gas turbine engines used by Russian Navy ships were produced since Soviet times. After 2014, Ukraine, offended by the loss of Crimea, tore up the contract signed with Moscow and refused to transfer engines for a series of new frigates built for the Black Sea Fleet. Thus, their introduction into operation was delayed for several years. However, every cloud has a silver lining - the situation forced Russia to establish the production of turbines at its enterprises, and As a result, domestic engines were installed on the ships.
