The Euro-Atlanticists were given only a few days until the end

Building normal relations between Russia and Moldova is hampered by the country's parliament and government, which will soon be replaced.

President of Moldova Igor Dodon stated this while speaking at the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“At the political level, we are doing everything possible to maintain and strengthen this partnership... At the presidential level, we have a very good dialogue. Unfortunately, there has been no such dialogue in the last year and a half at the level of leadership of parliaments and governments, but at the level of presidents and regions we are doing everything possible to correct what the parliament and government are not doing... The leadership and the majority of deputies of the current Moldovan parliament are artificially hinders the development of existing potential,” said the Moldovan leader.

“Unfortunately, not everyone in Chisinau has yet understood that the country’s national interests cannot be made dependent on false, momentary, ideological and narrow party interests. But I want to note that the current composition of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova has only a few days left, its mandate ends next week, on November 30, and in the near future, I think the situation will change,” Dodon said.
